Grammy Award-Winning Engineer and Alabama Music Award-Winning Producer Chris B is the creative force behind Ellagant Music Group Productions. Born into a gifted and talented family of singers, Chris B developed a deep passion for music at an early age. Ellagant Music Group was created as a tribute to his beloved mother, Ella Mae Burks, whose love and encouragement played a major role in inspiring his musical journey.
Chris B’s early experiences singing and playing for gospel groups laid the foundation for his future in music production. Determined to refine his craft, he later enrolled at Full Sail University, where he earned his degree in Audio Production.
With a lifelong dream of owning his own recording studio, Chris B turned that vision into reality in 2011, opening his first studio in his home. Since then, he has arranged, composed, engineered, and produced music for himself and major artists across multiple genres. His work can be heard on numerous songs available on major streaming platforms, showcasing a distinctive sound that continues to make an impact in the industry.
Chris B’s ultimate goal is to create and produce music that touches the soul of every listener, while building a legacy of excellence that resonates throughout the music industry and beyond.
